Privacy policy
Switchr.be sets no cookies, uses no analytics tool and collects no personal data. The site has no form, no user account and no third-party script. No consent banner is displayed because there is nothing to consent to.
What the site does not do
It sets no cookie — not technical, not analytics, not advertising. You can check this in your browser's developer tools.
It runs no JavaScript. The pages are static HTML: no code exists that could observe you, identify you or transmit anything.
It makes no request to any third party. Stylesheets are inlined in the pages, fonts come from your own system, images are hosted with the site. No remote font, no analytics script, no pixel.
It has no form, no account, no newsletter. We therefore cannot collect an email address, a phone number or a preference, even if we wanted to.
What happens when you click through to a supplier
Links to suppliers' sites take you off Switchr.be. From that moment the supplier's own privacy policy applies, and they alone decide what is placed on your device.
Some of those links pass through an affiliate network that records the click in order to attribute a possible commission. That mechanism belongs to the network concerned and happens outside our pages; we see it only as an aggregated count of sign-ups, with no identifying data.
If you would rather avoid that tracking, type the supplier's name into your browser instead of clicking the link. The price you get will be identical.
What the host records
The site is hosted on a content delivery infrastructure. Like any web server, it technically processes your IP address for as long as it takes to serve you the page, and keeps security logs to protect itself against abuse.
That processing is the host's, not ours: we have access to no named log and exploit none.
No data is passed to a third party for commercial, advertising or statistical purposes, for the simple reason that no data is collected.
Your rights
European data protection law gives you rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Those rights are exercised over data that the controller holds.
In our case we hold no data about you: there is therefore nothing to consult, rectify or erase. If you write to us, the address you use serves only to reply to you; it is neither kept for other purposes nor added to any list.
Should this policy ever change — for example if audience measurement were added — this page would be amended and its update date would reflect that before anything was put in place.

Why is there no cookie banner?
Because the site sets no cookies. A consent banner only makes sense if there are trackers to accept or refuse. Showing one without any tracker would mean asking permission for something that does not happen.
How can I verify that nothing is set?
Open your browser's developer tools, Application or Storage tab, and look at the cookie list for this domain: it is empty. The Network tab likewise shows that no request leaves for a third-party domain.
Do affiliate links track me?
The click is recorded by the affiliate network, outside our pages, to attribute a possible commission. We receive only an aggregated count of sign-ups, with no identifying data. You can bypass the mechanism by typing the supplier's name into your browser.
Do you use Google Analytics?
No — neither Google Analytics nor any other analytics tool. The site runs no JavaScript, which makes it technically impossible to install a tracker of that kind without modifying the pages.
